Yes, you can have up to 40 email accounts with your online store if you are using our hosting service. These can be added and modified yourself after you login to your server account.

Your store belongs to you with your own products. Aus Marketing hosts your store on your own domain address. Your store will have a domain like this: www.yourdomain.com.au or www.yourdomain.co.uk. Your store will NOT be an extension of the Aus Marketing or Powerful Shopping Cart domains.
Aus Marketing Powerful shopping cart software will also provide you with a free temporary domain address.
Don’t have a domain for you online business? That’s ok. We only charge $40 / 2 years for a .com.au 15/year for a .com. We also supply all other forms of domains.

How can I import/export all my products in bulk?
Aus Marketing has a bulk import/export tool to conveniently handle your inventory list. Microsoft Access and Excel spreadsheets can be uploaded in the correct format to upload new inventory or simply update stock information already in your store.

Who will be hosting my store?
Aus Marketing is an application service provider. We will host your shopping cart on our extremely reliable dedicated servers. When you're with Aus Marketing your store will have a guaranteed 99.8% uptime and we make continual backups.

Can I point more than one domain name to the same online store?
Yes, you can point as many different domain names as you like to your online store through our server. You get 6 free add-on domain names in our hosting account. If you need more just let us know and we will sort that out for you. A small fee may apply.

You can use almost any pre-existing merchant account to process your orders online with your Aus Marketing Powerful shopping cart. Simply enter your details into the admin section of your to set it up.
If for some reason you have a merchant account the store does not yet accept contact us and we will make the correct application for you.

Is the Powerful Shopping Cart installed on my web server?
We prefer you to host the site with us. Hosting fee is only $150AU and we have secure servers in Australia and the US. You will also need security such as SSL and dedicated server which is an extra cost of $150/ year. So it is only $300/year in total.
However, the Aus Marketing Shopping Cart can be installed directly on your web server, which means no monthly fees and no transaction, email fees etc. We have easy to follow step by step installation process, or we can install it for you for a nominal fee. See the pricing page for complete details.
Aus Marketing Shopping Cart can be installed on virtually any web hosting account and do not require a dedicated server. A paid installation usually takes no longer than 48 hours. If you require installation it can be purchased during checkout. You can then post a support ticket from the client area and follow the onscreen instructions.

Can I have an additional license key for our test server before going live?
Yes. We understand the staging process involved when developing a website for a client or on behalf of your company and our licensing system accomodates this.
If you purchase any of our products and generate the license key for your test server then all you have to do is send us an email from the client area or call us and we'll give you a new license key for your production server at no additional charge.

Can I sell downloadable goods in my shopping cart?
Yes, Aus Marketing Powerful has a feature called digital products. This feature enables the merchant to sell a product key or password to the customer, this will be used to access the downloaded product which is found on a separate custom page in your store.

Are there any fixed term contracts?
Absolutely NOT! If the Aus Marketing does not meet your requirements in an ecommerce software for any reason, you can cancel your monthly plan giving only 30 day's notice. Be weary of firms that require you to sign a fixed term contract!
Howerver, there is a yearly hosting fee of only $150 a year. Very Large sites may requires a different hosting plan. There are also Domain and security cost is you do not already have them.
How do I start selling online?
Merchant account: PayPal free or eWay we will setup both for you or you can do it yourself. eWay will bill you a small amount a year and of course there is a small transaction fee for each sale. You can view their prices here:

What is the total cost of my having an online ecommerce business?
You will need to pay for the cart. You can choose here.
Then you will need to only pay a yearly fee for hosting for only $150, a domain $20, and security against security card and id theft (dedicated IP and SSL) $130. The total yearly fee you pay is only $300! (Plus the fees that your merchant provider charges.) Other companies charge $200+ just for the SSL!

Do I need to change anything when upgrading between my Starter/Professional edition to Professional/Enterprise edition?
No. The only thing that you will need to change is your license key that you will receive when upgrading. This can be changed through your store admin via the Store Settings page in your store's control panel (click on Settings on the top right and then on Store Settings).
Once this has been changed your store will automatically be switched over to the Professional/Enterprise edition. All other store information, like products, customers and orders will still be available and will not need any modifications. You don't even have to temporarily disable your site while changing your store's license key!
How often are product updates released?
Product updates (which include bug fixes) are generally released every 4-8 weeks. Product upgrades (which include new features) are generally released every 2-6 months. When you purchase an Aus Marketing product, you are entitled to free product updates (bug fixes) for a certain period, depending on the product purchased. After this you can optionally pay to extend your maintenance period. Please see each product's price on the pricing page for more information.
